The UNIQLO family just scored a heavyweight addition. American artist and designer KAWS has been named the brand&rsquo;s very first Artist in Residence, a move that signals a fresh chapter for UNIQLO&rsquo;s &ldquo;Art For All&rdquo; philosophy. In this new role, t<a href="Clare Waight Keller talks style, function and fluidity in UNIQLO : C AW25 collection">he globally celebrated artist</a> will curate art-driven experiences inside UNIQLO stores around the world, collaborate with museum partners, and help shape the future of LifeWear. His debut collection under the residency is already locked in for Autumn/Winter 2025. &ldquo;I am thrilled to be taking this next step with my longtime partner UNIQLO,&rdquo; KAWS says, adding that the residency will allow him to tap deeper into the art community and connect with a new wave of global creatives. &ldquo;I am looking forward to working on exciting new kinds of LifeWear.&rdquo;
