This new joint focuses on modernised&nbsp;Southeast Asian flavours stylised into small bites&mdash;expect&nbsp;delicious morsels like deep-fried lamb ribs with xin jiang crust,&nbsp;sriracha prawn toast with saffron aioli, and steak tartare with&nbsp;Szechuan spice and wasabi aioli. Creative craft cocktails are&nbsp;also in the spotlight at Lucy Luu, with the bites designed to&nbsp;pair with the drinks for an entertaining and casual night out.
In the spirit of drinks, bar night outs at Perth are also not to&nbsp;be missed. Your only problem will be picking a spot&mdash;but we&rsquo;ll&nbsp;have that settled for you. For the best of two worlds, make your&nbsp;way to Naber + IIII in the Leederville neighbourhood. The bar&nbsp;is designed to have two different experiences in one location.&nbsp;At the front of the shop, you have Naber, your quintessential&nbsp;classy cocktail bar with refined food and drinks&mdash;but never&nbsp;stuffy. For a casual hang, head on through and out to the back&nbsp;of IIII (pronounced &lsquo;four&rsquo;) to the courtyard. With music in the&nbsp;air, snacks to share, sip on refreshing drinks, and local wines&nbsp;and beers, the night is young, and so is everyone.
Take an adventurous turn for the night and go bar hunting&mdash;&nbsp;quite literally. Sneaky Tony&rsquo;s in Northbridge proves to be a&nbsp;challenging hidden bar to unearth, but rewarding once you&nbsp;find it. You&rsquo;ll quickly discover that the Prohibition-themed&nbsp;bar is rum-focused, as the bar shelves are stocked with over&nbsp;300 bottles of rum. Choose from one of the many rum-based&nbsp;cocktails, or have some carefully-curated beer and wine.&nbsp;You&rsquo;ll need a secret password to get into the bar on Friday and&nbsp;Saturday nights, so be sure to check out their Facebook and&nbsp;Instagram pages for the password drop.
