The entirely hand-crafted dial for the watch utilises a form of Japanese noble ancestral art of lacquer technique, which is known as &#39;Urushi&#39;.

Made using the rare resin of Urushi tree, which takes three to five years to be treated into a highly resistant, honey-textured lacquer, the varnish enhances the dimension and beauty of this stunning timepiece.

As a new addition to the prestigious L.U.C XP collection that&nbsp;is loved for its ultra-thin automatic movement, the new model features a L.U.C 96.17-L calibre, which is entirely developed and manufactured by Chopard.
