As we embrace a new normal in work, life and society, we present to you a unique collaboration with photographer Leslie Zhang.

We are halfway through the year. This could only mean one thing over at L&rsquo;Officiel Malaysia: diving deep into our favourite subjects, Art and Design.

For our June/July &rsquo;20 &ldquo;Future Of Art&rdquo; issue (which you can have full access below), acclaimed photographer Leslie Zhang is roped in to work his magic behind the lens and put together a dreamy and poetic cover story aimed at instilling hope and providing a positive distraction during the recent pandemic.

The collaborative effort is a romantic portrayal of the pure and sui generis beauty of a new generation shot by Zhang in China.

Our managing editor Monica says, &quot;I wish through Zhang&rsquo;s poetic and emotional images as a visual feast, it will inspire you to marvel without borders and divert you from the reality, even for just a moment. I trust his images have that magic.&quot;

Browse through the fashion trends to look forward to for Pre-Fall 2020 in Hot Topic before being lured by creativity with Space Odyssey that explores Fall/Winter 2020&rsquo;s breathtaking show spaces designed to heighten the runway experience as well as intensify the fashion narrative. Illustrious jewellers, on the other hand, are exuding a shared passion for beauty and excellence through the fantastical world of performing arts over at The Way They Move.

We also explore how four skincare brands aced product design that has now become a crucial component of their identity in Designed For Greatness. Last but not least, Life As We Know It shines the spotlight on three artists and their stirring new works that visually capture what the world is like in the wake of the coronavirus crisis.
