Fashion favorite and "Euphoria" star Zendaya is joining the Italian fashion house as Valentino's latest ambassador.

Euphoria star and red carpet princess&nbsp;Zendaya has just been announced as the new face of Valentino. The American actress and singer (whose real name is Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman) first made her name on the Disney Channel in her role as Rocky Blue on the sitcom Shake it Up. In the years since, the California-native has transitioned from YA TV to the silver screen, starring in the likes of Spider Man, The Greatest Showman&nbsp;and upcoming films A White Lie&mdash;which she not only leads&nbsp;but is also producing&mdash;and the upcoming thriller Finest Kind&nbsp;alongside Ansel Elgort and Jake Gyllenhaal.

&quot;She perfectly embodies and represents what Valentino is and stands for today,&quot; said Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli in his announcement.&nbsp;&quot;She is a powerful and fierce young woman that uses her talent and her work to express herself, her values and her generation as well.&rdquo; Zendaya, who notably&nbsp;launched&nbsp;a capsule collection with Tommy Hilfiger last year,&nbsp;follows a long list of creative faces for the Valentino, including, most recently Lady Gaga for the fashion house&#39;s Voce Viva perfume, Naomi Campbell, Laetitia Casta, Gwyneth Paltrow, Janet Mock,&nbsp;Frances McDormand, and more.
