Karl Lagerfeld, Phoebe Philo and JW Anderson has finally crowned the winner last weekend and gave away a special prize too!

At a tender of 25, Marine Serre has proven to the world that her aesthetic is one to watch out for, by winning the prestigious LVMH Prize for the year 2017.

Known for her edgy sportswear incorporated with Islamic motifs, the young Parisian based fashion designer has fought and came out on top, winning&nbsp;&euro;300,000&nbsp;(about RM 1.4 million) and a year of mentoring with the LVMH Group.

With working experiences in many major fashion houses including Maison Margiela and Christian Dior, Marine is currently working for Demna Gvasalia at Balenciaga, along with her own label.

Over 1,200 designers applied for the annual fashion prize and through her precise point of view, judges including Karl Lagerfeld, Phoebe Philo and Jonathan Anderson gave their mark of approval to Marine.

And now we can&#39;t wait to see her official collection debut at various retailers like&nbsp;Dover Street Market, Opening Ceremony, Nordstrom SPACE and SSENSE, come September 2017!

And before wrapping things up for 2017, the judges also gave away another special prize to another talented designer &ndash;&nbsp;Kozaburo Akasaka.

A&nbsp;designer applauded for his talent in deconstructing men&#39;s fashion, Kozaburo also won the recognition of the LVMH Prize judges.

And for that, Kozaburo won a token of&nbsp;&euro;150,000 (about RM 700,000) and a 12-month mentoring programme with the LVMH Group.

Bravo to both designers for making it to the top and we look forward to more from them!
