Haider Ackermann's debut Tom Ford was a resounding success
The warm embrace between Haider Ackermann and Tom Ford, sitting in the front row, is the confirmation that the goal has been achieved. At Paris Fashion Week, the women's and men's Fall/Winter 2025/26 collection is shown. A constant balance between elegance and sensuality.
One of the most anticipated debuts of Paris Fashion Week is that of Haider Ackermann, who presents his first co-ed collection for fall winter 2025-26 at Tom Ford. "Entering the house that Mr. Tom Ford built, I was drawn to the man himself, whose personality resonates in everything he imagined," says the creative director. "He is the night, I am the morning after: this is where our dance begins." The location of the show evokes exactly this: a room shrouded in shadow with fogged mirrors that show the signs of the night gone by. A wardrobe that is a hymn to the elegance of Tom Ford, a perfect collision between masculine and feminine, but also between seduction and attraction.
Tom Ford’s women’s and men’s show showcased the architectural constructions of the suits and tailoring, the palette of bright colors and pastels, and a sense of glamour that pervaded the entire collection. Also on the catwalk were Vittoria Ceretti, in a sophisticated black dress; Karen Elson, in a long lilac fringed dress; and Kristen McMenamy, in an impeccable black suit.
