This technique is created by applying mascara first, then using tweezers to clamp the lashes together. It's important to use the right mascara, preferably one with a jet-black, water-repellent formula with less lint.
Make sure you clip the lashes together before they dry. Otherwise, you could end up with clumpy, flaky lashes.

It's easy to see why the Y2K style is making a comeback. Think bushy brows, glowing lips and lashes, matte skin, and shimmery pastels. It's a super fun and exciting way to express yourself after a stressful pandemic, and K-pop stars have certainly pumped up the trend.
