Sheng Tai International Sdn Bhd sets out to revolutionise Melaka&rsquo;s landscape in partnership with KARL LAGERFELD

KARL LAGERFELD Tower is entering The Sail Melaka by visionary developer Sheng Tai International Sdn Bhd to reform Melaka&rsquo;s scenery. The innovative partnership is marking a crucial milestone for the heritage city and Malaysia&rsquo;s fashion and hospitality industries.
Comprising branded residential units and the first KARL LAGERFELD Hotel in Southeast Asia, the iconic fashion house&rsquo;s developments will be situated within The Sail Melaka&rsquo;s Fashion Tower, which is the first of its kind in Malaysia. This development is part of a series of transformative initiatives led by Dato&rsquo; Leong Sir Ley, Chairman and President of Sheng Tai International Sdn Bhd to establish Melaka&rsquo;s locale as a vibrant and thriving fashion city in the region.

The announcement was unveiled during an exclusive event at Encore Theatre in Melaka with the attendance of the Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KARL LAGERFELD, Pier Paolo Righi. According to Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh, the state government remains steadfast in its commitment to transforming the state into a leading destination for travellers and establishing it as a primary investment hub.
 The CEO of KARL LAGERFELD, Pier Paolo Righi indicated his excitement for the partnership and emphasised his shared commitment with Dato&rsquo; Leong to create something extraordinary as KARL LAGERFELD has always been driven by the belief of embracing the present and inventing the future.

With the revolutionary ambitions of Dato&rsquo; Leong, The Sail Melaka is part of the state&rsquo;s innovative future as an international hub for fashion, wellness, AI, art, and culture, which form the amazing City of Hope.
